Matcha Green Tea Brownies = Japanies ホワイトチョコと抹茶のブラウニー

I tried to make Matcha Green Tea Brownies twice.
The first time, it was rich and fudgy and delicious, but I wanted to try it with other directions.
  First time: Fudgy brownie!

Second time, I changed ingredients a little bit, also change the way to cook. Look nice, but I l prefer fudgy one. 
Second time: square cake.


and, I realized it's never as good as the first time.

Here's Matcha Green Tea Brownies recipe. I call it 'Japanies'.

Matcha Green Tea Brownies 'Japanies' 
 *Ingredients* (Loaf pan) 

40g (0.09lb) unsalted butter
90g (3 and 1/6 oz)Shredded White chocolate
1/4 U.S.cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 U.S.cup cake flour
Matcha green tea powder 1 tbsp and 1 tsp
1/2 tsp BP
40g (1 and 1/3 oz) White Chocolate chip 

*Directions* 
Preheat oven to 360F.
Place the parchment paper on the Loaf pan
Shift flour, green tea, and BP together.

1. Microwave butter and Shredded White chocolate until it melt.


2. Add sugar and Mix.
3. Add Egg to mixture third at a time.

4. Combine all powder ingredients with a spatula.

5. Pour the mixture into loaf pan. and Sprinkle White chocolate chip on top.
6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 360F until it cooked. If you found of brown of the top, cover with aluminum foil.


Try this with vanilla ice cream when it's hot! Woooow!

お抹茶のブラウニー、手順と材料の量をちょいと変えて今日また作ってみました。
今日作ったのはこちら。

何か前回のとちょっと違うでしょ?
今日のは前回90g溶かして生地と混ぜたホワイトチョコを半分の45gは溶かして生地に、もう半分の45gは砕いて生地に最後に混ぜてあるの。
で、焼き型をスクエア型で焼いてみたわ。お抹茶も小さじ1減してあるの。
うーん。ケーキっぽいけど、ブラウニーのねっちょりファッジーな感じが薄れてしまったような。
やっぱり前回のやつの方が美味しかったと思うので、前回のブラウニーのレシピをupしたいと思います。

*材料*(パウンド型)
無塩バター 40g
砕いたホワイトチョコ 90g
茶色いお砂糖 50g
卵 2個
薄力粉 50g
抹茶 大さじ1と小さじ1
BP  小さじ1/2
ホワイトチョコチップ 40g

*作り方*
オーブンを180度に温める。
型にクッキングシートを敷く。
薄力粉、抹茶、BPを一緒にあわせてふるっておく。

1、バターと砕いたホワイトチョコを一緒にレンジにかけて溶かす。
2、砂糖に1を加え泡立て器で混ぜる。
3、溶き卵を三度に分けて加え混ぜる。
4、ヘラにもちかえて、ふるった粉類をさっくり混ぜ合わせる。
5、型に流し、チョコチップを上に散らす。
6、180度で15分から20分焼く。上が焦げそうな場合はアルミホイルをかけて焼く。
中はねっちょり

焼き加減は、15分程度だと半熟っぽくて中がねっとりしたアメリカンな感じに。焼き上がりはゆるそうな感じですが、余熱で落ち着いてきます。20分だとガトーショコラのような感じに焼き上がります。
また、スクエア型に流した場合は10分〜15分で火が通るので、ご注意を!
好みの固さに焼き上げて下さいね。
濃いめの抹茶が鮮やかで美味しおすー。
お抹茶はカテキン効果もあり、ビタミンCも豊富で、二日酔いにも効くんですって!
渋めの和スイーツなので、お父さんへのバレンタインにもオススメです☆

    Can I use 8x8 pan for the measurement? I don't have a loaf pan.
    I'm afraid the brownie will be too thin.

      When I use 8 inch square pan, I just do with 1.5 times the amount of all ingredients except baking powder.
      It takes about 20 to 25 minutes at 350F.
      (Please adjust baking minutes and temperature as necessary.)

  2. I doubled the recipe to bake it in an 8x8 pan. It did take 30 minutes to bake (i waited until the center comes out with a few crumbs). Hope that helped!

  3. Hello dear, in my country I can't found any cake flour, so can I changes the cake flour with all purpose flour? Is it okay? Thanks

  4. Does this need to be made with a specific matcha powder?
    I have Tenzo Tea’s organic matcha but a lot of them look the same
