あぁぁあ〜美味しかったぁ。
あったまるし、たっぷり野菜も食べれて美味しいよねぇ。
アメリカでいる時は薄切りの肉を売ってるのを見かけなかったけれど、海外の人にも食べて欲しいなぁーと思って、しゃぶしゃぶのビデオまで撮ってみたの。ふふ。

Today's dinner was SHABU-SHABU!
Have you ever heard it?
It is a Japanese hot pot whose distinguishing feature is very very thin slices of beef or pork or fish (We did beef one tonight.) that are swish-swish around a few seconds in a boiling broth. Served with vegetables and tofu and noodle and mushrooms! then dipped into Sesame sauce or PONZU and eaten immediately.
ahhhhh. I'm really full!
