Baby Sardines Zousui

Have you ever tried to add a drop of PONZU on ZOUSUI? It'll taste better and fresh.
I used to make Zousui for american kids as a baby food. and They love it.
If you have leftover cooked rice in your fridge, Let's do it!

*Ingredients*1 serving
about 1cup water
1 to 1 and 1/2 cup Cooked Rice
4 piece Sliced and dried Shiitake mushroom
1 tsp Kelp tea powder
1 tsp Usukuchi(light colored) soy sauce
Salt  to taste
Green Onion, Carrot, Napa Cabbage, Turnip... etc. to taste
2 tbsp Baby Sardines
1 egg
MOMIJI OROSHI(grated daikon radish with red pepper), chopped chive, and PONZU  to taste

*Directions*
1, Let's make a Japanese taste soup stock! In a bowl, Combine water, dried shiitake mushroom, Kelp tea powder and soy sauce. add salt to taste.
2, Wash Cooked rice. and Drain more than 10 minutes.
3, Cut all vegetables into tiny pieces. take out Sliced shiitake from soup stock. then cut it too.
4, Put 1'2'3' and Baby sardines in a small pot and bring to a boil till cooked. Beat eggs in a bowl, pour over the soup and cook an additional 10 sec.
5, Serve with MOMIJI OROSHI, Chopped chive and PONZU if you like.

You can also put in such as ABURAAGE(deep fried Tofu), Shrimp,Chicken, crab meat, mushroom, Daikon raddish, Bok choy, mix vegetable, sweet potato, green bean and so on.
It's like Chicken soup. There are no definite rules with ingredients. right?
I think, It's OK  even if you use left over chicken soup instead of making soup stock from my recipe. Feel free to arrange ingredients! It should be fine!
Easy , Quick and Yummy!
Please tell me when you try out your best Zousui!
